Could She Get Any Higher?

Why do cats always have to sit on top of something? Notice......my cat is sitting on top of the bread machine, geez!

Taught my spinning class tonight. The highlight of the class tonight was when one of my participants started doing super spins so fast that her water bottle popped right out of her bottle cage and slammed to the floor, breaking the bottle (plastic) and water everywhere. My comment to her......hey, good effort tonight Sarah!!!!! I love it when someone in my class works really hard.

  1. Sarah, couldn't help herself, it's all the high powered adrenoline rock and roll you play. :-)

  5. I love cats....if they're outside....
inside, I feel like they own the place and then my ability to "have all the control" gets all out of whack :)
