Took off for grandma & grandpa's (my parents) house early this morning. Enjoyed our snowy ride along the Mississippi River.
River towns are so quaint. This down town street literally heads right to the mighty Mississippi!
We finally arrived, yeah! Enjoyed a nice Christmas Eve dinner together. Being with the one's you love is the best part of the holidays. 
That looks like Lansing Iowa in the picture, but Mississippi river towns look a lot a like.

MDG....That's Trempealeau, WI, but my folks live south of LaCrosse. You are right all river towns look alike.
