We had to take a quick side trip into the bicycle shop tonight so Bike man could show me the "fun" bikes. I especially liked this Salsa bike with it's fat tires.
Bike man had his eye on this nice Surly bike. It really is amazing! Both of these bikes will guarantee a good time biking in the snow. We've been thinking for several years now that it would be fun for each of us to have a snow bike for lake riding during the winter months. We're still thinking.......... Walked across the street to Mona Lisa's for gourmet pizza and a glass of wine. Call it an early Valentines dinner! We had a wonderful time, despite the couple sitting at the table next to us that fought and exchanged words with each other throughout our entire meal. Has that ever happened to you? People never cease to amaze me with their rude behaviors in public places!
Happy Valentine's Day to you and Bike Man. I'm glad that you had a lovely evening together in spite of the rude couple nearby. Some people are so into themselves that they don't think about manners. Sounds like the couple you sat next to this evening. So so glad that you and BikeMan had an early Valentine's dinner together.

Fat bikes are all the rage here too. It was just a few years ago that they were a novelty. I see them all the time now.
