Staying hydrated, that's the key! Came home after a day-long workshop for my joband enjoyed a few beverages of my choice. Lots of ice....yup!!!!!!
Bike man had the sprinklers turned on watering our garden and yard. I was tempted to stand under the water spray, but decided to take a shower instead. Hoping this is the last night of extreme heat and humidity.
Almost jumped in Minnehaha Creek tonight while riding. I'm looking forward to some cooler temps.
