My friend Kim and I have been waiting to finally ride together. If you are a faithful reader of this blog, you will remember that Kim is my one friend that loves to cycle with me. Last summer we met on Monday's and Thursday's and rode the Red Cedar trail.Despite the heat today (94 degrees) we rode the trail late today. The river, rock ledges and canopy of trees along the trail made it a pleasant ride. Now the heat and humidity is catching up with me. I'm tired (22 miles).
Hard to beat a ride with a friend.
